Apple a Day keeps the Dentist Away!!

I was grocery shopping with my mom and sister Sherrill yesterday night, and as you can see here baby is sitting on top in her seat so I put Benjamin in the cart and we looked away for a couple of minutes, and returned with him sitting on the soda boxes eating an apple that my mom had wanted!!! It was so funny, the lady at the checkout gave it to him instead of his cookie!! What a healthy big boy!!

Julie tagge me to tell you 6 things you dont know about me.....

1.I was ran over by a mail truck when I was at Daycare. I left with just a scraped knee and a lollipop.

2. I do have to also admit that I am a huge car dancer, on the freeway, around town, if music is playing I am swaying!!!

3. I have always wanted to do nails, someday, I still am going to go to nail school and do nails, now everyone knows where to get there nails done!!!

4. I used to be the biggest Nsync fan. My wall was covered in cut out pics of nsync everywhere, I pretty much knew every song and lyric on all the cd's. Still have them this day. What can I say I was a teenie Bopper!!!

5. I have this huge fettish about purses, its not like I get one every year, I get one every month!! I do not know how to control myself when I see a cute purse. If it can hold a wallet and a diaper, I all over it!!!

6. And last but not least, my favorite movie is cars, I love all the cars toys and I am sure, Benjamins big boy bed will have to do something about cars. Its a great movie you should rent it!!

Poppi's Chips

Kelli had Thanksgiving with us this year!! She now lives in Vegas, so it was good to have her around!!

Benjamin was initiated into the poppi chip. Poppie loves his lays chips and Benjamin found them in the pantry and helped himself!! This is why he didnt want any thanksgiving grub!!!!

HAIRCUT TIME

I cant keep up with Benjamins hair, he has my color and texture, but Brents growing jeans!!! Someone who owns scissors please come over and cut this kids hair!!

Getting Excited!!!

The Hecht Family goes every year to Disneyland and last year we ditched because Ben was only 2 weeks old and I didnt want to Brave it. So this year we are totally stoked to go and enjoy the rides with Benjamin. I love this pic of us girls (minus Lexi), we all wear matching shirts, its so much fun. Stay tuned for the shirts this year!!!

Relaxing On Sunday

He was just chilling in our sphere chair on Sunday waiting to go eat dinner!!! He does that every so often, not enough though!!!! Just a quick update on Benjamin, he now has 10 teeth that I am aware of and loves to eat!!! He loves to run around and be free, a little to much because he still enjoys getting into things all the time. His calling at church is to monitor the halls and make sure he has the loudest voice. He magnifies that one really well. His words are limited, but he says dad, ball, and he has finally said Mom, but only once. It was special!! He loves to kiss, so hide your hottie daughters!!! He only likes the big open mouth slobber ones, so enjoy!!! Other than that he is our big man who keeps us going every day with laughter and love!!!

My Dad got us tickets to go see the Kings at the Stapel Center last night and it was so much fun. We actually had our own box up top so we could see all the action. I forgot how much fun Hockey is, so much that I dont have a voice this morning!! Good times!!

Got Milk

We were eating dinner the other night and we got up to leave for a second and when we came back I wondered why Ben was quiet!!! He somehow emptied his sippy cup of milk and was splashing it around everywhere and trying to drink it off the tray!! Good times!!

Benjamin the Monkey

Brent and I went as Pirates to a couple parties over the weekend, so we decided Benjamin would fit in as Jack the monkey. Plus it was cute, he had alot of fun, even though he was kinda sick. He didnt know what to think of all the candy. When we got to the church, if he saw a bucket of candy on the floor he snagged it. It was a fun night!!!
